Animal adoption application forms
1.
Search for your new pet
Using our find a pet tool you can view the profiles of all the animals that we currently have available for adoption.
1.
2.
Complete an Application Form
Before we can match you with a pet we need to know a bit about you, your current living circumstances as well as your preferences. You can download an application form using the above link or call in at our reception. Don't worry if you don't hear from us straightaway as we will keep your application on file for 3 months until your perfect match comes up.
2.
3.
If successful, you will get invited to visit our Animal Centre
If your application is successful, a staff member will contact you by telephone or email, and answer any questions you may have about the animal or the adoption process. We will then arrange a visit to our Animal Centre for you to meet your potential new pet. Some animals will require more introductions than others and this will be discussed with each individual.
3.
4.
Photography and home visit
We will ask for home photos to check the environment is suitable for the animal you have been matched with. For example, our staff may ask for kitchen, living room, garden, fence and outdoor housing photos. In some cases, a home visit may be carried out. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
4.
5.
Collect your new companion
When it's time to pick up your new pet, we will invite you in to the branch in Godshill. You will need to sign some paperwork. We know that this is an exciting and emotional time so we will be on hand with lots of advice and support to help your new pet to settle in.

6.
Settling in
It may take quite a while for your new pet to settle into life with you but don’t worry, if you do encounter some tricky times we are always on hand to help.

Adoption fees
We ask for a minimum adoption fee for all animals we rehome, which helps cover some of the costs of neutering, vaccinations and treatments. The adoption fees are generally much lower than the expenditure on each animal whilst in our care, and we always greatly appreciate any additional donation to help our work continue.
