And, while your pet is with us you can relax in the knowledge that you are supporting a great cause, because all monies raised from Bohemia Boarding go directly to the Island’s RSPCA Animal Centre to help rescue, rehabilitate and rehome vulnerable animals on the Isle of Wight.

Expert care for cats and dogs
We are part of the largest animal welfare charity in the UK – the RSPCA, which has been caring for animals for almost 200 years, so expert animal care is in our DNA. Our Isle of Wight branch was established in the 1950’s and since then we have cared for thousands of animals on the Island.
Recognising that people need a break from their busy lives our Bohemia Boarding facilities were set up over a decade ago, so that we could extend our care services to people looking to board their companions for short or long stays. All proceeds go back to the charity to help us to continue to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals on the Isle of Wight.
Since then we have continued to upgrade and develop our facilities and we were delighted to be awarded the top five-star rating for our boarding facilities under the terms of the new DEFRA animal welfare licensing regulations and guidance. This means we offer the highest standards of care for your furry friends.
We operate 365 days of the year, so we are always here when you need us, providing dependable, safe and secure, short and longer stay boarding.
Our team
Vanessa leads the team. You’ll usually find her in our Cattery where she’s busy ensuring our visitors have a great stay with us.
Maddy is one of our Animal Care Assistants. She is full of enthusiasm, and loves making fun play things for all our furry friends.
Jenny works with our dogs and is so calm and caring, that even our most shy guests can’t resist her cuddles.
Carol is our dedicated cleaner who ensures that our accommodation is always tidy and hygienic. She loves working around cats and dogs, and offers a friendly welcome to all our visitors.
